Questions about pricing and billing
How is billing handled?
Monthly by credit card or SEPA direct debit through our payment provider Stripe. Alternatively by invoice under an individual agreement.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month – in the customer portal or informally by email.
Can I try it first?
Yes, 14 days free with your entire organization, no credit card. Groups, branding, and Teams package are kept when you upgrade.
Are prices exclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. For businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID the reverse-charge procedure applies.
What does enterprise include?
Your licensed corporate font in the dashboard, an annual contract by invoice, and a personal contact with guided setup. Colors, logo, titles, and the branded entry point are already included in the standard plan. Quote on request.
