Recent changes. The app updates itself; nothing to do in the customer portal or in Teams unless stated otherwise. The version number is shown in the app footer.

0.2.5 – September 30, 2026

App

  • Status filters and sorting stay correct after every refresh (previously, cards with a changed status stayed in place).
  • New sort order "Status" (available people first) next to "Name A–Z".
  • Search ignores accents ("muller" finds "Müller").
  • "Updated" now shows the time of the last successful refresh; if a refresh fails or the browser is offline, it is marked in red. Click it to refresh immediately.
  • Tabs in the background pause polling and catch up when you return.
  • In Microsoft Teams the app follows the Teams theme (light, dark, high contrast) unless you switch it yourself.
  • Keyboard access for status filters, visible focus, screen reader labels, respect for "reduce motion" and Windows high-contrast mode.
  • Chat, call, and email also work for people without a mailbox address.
  • Clear message instead of an endless spinner when no users are found or the presence permission is missing.

Customer portal

  • Billing shows seats in use (measured when the dashboard is opened) and the invoices of the Stripe account directly in the portal.
  • The contract contact (email for reminders and billing) is visible and editable.
  • Data export (JSON) and deletion request on the Billing tab.
  • Groups and Branding show who saved last.
  • The group picker loads organizations with more than 999 groups completely.

Website and documentation

  • Documentation search, "Was this page helpful?" feedback, RSS feed for the blog.

  • Branding: the company name appears top left and in the browser tab; the large heading stays "T-Dashboard".
  • Customer portal: live preview of the branding while editing; the portal is open to every person of the organization (no admin role required).

  • Bug fix: a syntax error in the previous version prevented the app from loading.

  • Branding fonts: curated, self-hosted font selection for all customers; custom corporate font (WOFF2) for Enterprise.

  • Bilingual: app, customer portal, website, documentation, and emails in German and English. The app follows the Teams language; the switch in the top right makes the choice permanent.
  • Accessibility: visible keyboard focus, labeled switches, browser zoom no longer locked.
